A good friend from college introduced me to the book "The Way of the Peaceful Warrior." I was skeptical at first, to say the least, but it ended up being a good read, one that you can take important lessons from.

It's now been made into a movie, and Best Buy is offering free tickets. They're gone in my area, but perhaps someone else can reap the benefit.
