mother's day, gumbo-style

mother's day 'round my place was great.

my dad and i started the day with lots and lots of prep at my place for the evening's meal, gumbo.

long story short: lots of bell peppers, onion, okra, louisiana hot link sausage, chicken andouille sausage, chicken, jalapeños, serranos, fresh crab and various other bits produced this.
